Class Descriptions

Kenpo Karate

Kenpo, meaning "Law of the Fist", is a traditional fighting art with roots dating back to as far as 520 B.C. Our teachings of Kenpo consist of a traditional Japanese style, which we feel builds a good foundation for one's personal self-defense. We combine this style of Kenpo with various techniques from other fighting styles such as Boxing, Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu, in this class you will earn your belts ranks.
